- CIBSE accreditation as an Energy Performance Certificate Assessor (To Level 5).
- Highly articulate and numerate.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and drive within complex and agile team structures.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for a diverse range of audiences
- A self-start approach, with the capability of planning one’s own workload (recognising deadlines) and communicating effectively.
- Good IT skills (Word/Excel/Microsoft Office).
- Full driving licence.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
It would be beneficial, but not essential, for the candidate to have:

- Membership of a professional engineering body (such as MCIBSE)
- Ideally have a BSc and/or MSc in Sustainability, Energy, Building Services or Building Physics Engineering.
BENEFITS OF THE ROLE:
- Work as part of a small, close-knit team of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals.
- Opportunity to work with large, blue-chip clients.
- Excellent ongoing professional development support, with training allowance.
- An incredibly varied role, with lots of opportunity to make a difference to different areas of the business.
