Andrew, a founder of Resero, serves as the Chairperson of the Board and a Non-Executive Director, supporting the long-term strategic planning of the business. Bringing over 30 years of experience as a commercial property and engineering consultant, his background includes roles at the Valuation Office Agency and Deloitte.

He is a leading expert in the sector for utilising modelling software in strategic asset and portfolio management. Furthermore, he authored the Building Physics Module for the Energy Institute's Energy Management Professional qualifications, and has prepared structured CPD on the role of Artificial Intelligence in energy management and the wider energy sector.

Andrew also chairs the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Young Energy Performance Group, which encourages young people to enter engineering and provides them with a forum and a voice.
